Showing Agreement – One Property Only

What is a Showing Agreement?

A Showing Agreement is a short, one-time written agreement required before touring a home with Utah Relocations. It ensures compliance with real estate regulations and confirms that you’re working with our brokerage for the tour.

This agreement does not lock you into working with us long-term or require you to pay any commission. It simply gives us permission to show you a specific property. If you decide to make an offer, we’ll complete a full Buyer Broker Agreement at that time.
