  • Requires a signed Buyer Broker Agreement or Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement providing for a 3% brokerage commission.
  • Valid for residential real estate transactions located within the State of Utah.
  • Offer is limited to one (1) $1,000 cash-back reward per qualifying transaction.
  • The name on this certificate must match the name(s) on the Broker Agreement and the deed (or closing documents, as applicable).
  • The $1,000 cash-back credit will be disclosed in the Broker Agreement and included in the closing instructions to the title company, subject to lender approval where applicable.
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, rebate, commission reduction, or cash-back incentive offered by Utah Relocations.
  • No cash value if the transaction fails to close.
